The artist will follow the Assets ToS worked on, meaning both the artist and the customer must be in ownership of the asset. If the artist is not owning the asset the customer wants to inlude in their comission, the price for that speific asset will be added to the receipt.

The artist will never ask you for your password or log into any of the customers accounts to upload an avatar! If it is requested by the customer, that they want to try out an avatar, the artist will upload a public version of it and give acces to the customer. This public version can be set private when the comission is done.

The artist will give a strctured receipt to the customer at the end, listing everything that has been worked on, individual prices and the final sum

The artist can give help uploading the received unity package with everything included to VRchat if the customer requests so. There will be no extra charge for this service.

Payment will be split into two: 50% of the estimated price will be payed upfront, the remaining price will be payed after the commission is finished -> If i have to buy assets for the commission, these have to be paid upfront fully, on top of the 50%

Eligibility for refunds depends on how far the project is done. For example: If the project is 50% finished and you want to cancel the project, the artist will be able to refund you 50% of the price. If the project is over 90% finished, the artist will not be able to refund anything and the whole price must be paid. If the possible refund is less than the 50% price paid upfront, the customer must pay the difference to the possible refund they can get. This will be handled by a receipt the artist is giving to the customer.

If the customer cancels mid project, they will receive what is finished so far, but the artist wont finish the project.
